수옵틱스, 가족친화기업 인증 획득

수옵틱스가 성평등가족부로부터 가족친화기업 인증을 획득했습니다. 이번 인증은 일과 가정의 양립을 지원하는 제도 운영과 구성원을 배려하는 조직 문화를 종합적으로 평가해 부여되는 국가 공인 인증으로, 수옵틱스는 2025년 12월부터 2028년 11월까지 3년간 인증 자격을 유지하게 됩니다.

수옵틱스는 안정적인 근무 환경과 효율적인 업무 운영을 바탕으로, 구성원이 일과 삶의 균형 속에서 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 조직 문화를 꾸준히 만들어 왔습니다. 이번 인증은 이러한 노력이 공식적으로 인정받았다는 점에서 의미가 큽니다.

SUOPTICS has been officially certified as a Family-Friendly Company by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family of Korea.
This national certification recognizes organizations that actively support work–life balance through family-friendly policies and employee-centered workplace practices.
